Free Shipping - Is available for all orders of $150.00 or more with a ship to address within the continental United States of America. Orders of $149.99 or less and with a ship to address within the continental United States of America will be charged accordingly for shipping. This offer is only available for physical address, sorry no PO or APO Boxes with this offer.

Shipping:
Continental United States - Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless requested otherwise. Physical addresses only, please no PO or APO Boxes (See below for additional shipping options). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select and Saturday delivery services are available in most areas. You have the option of upgrading your shipping service at an additional cost. If you request an upgraded service, we will contact you with a discounted quote for your approval before we ship your order. We ship 99% of all orders within 48hrs of order confirmation. Thus allow us to deliver your order within 3 to 10 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order in this time frame, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing place your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, PO and APO Boxes - May require addition shipping fees. We will contact you for additional funds once the total weight is determined. Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipping service is based on best cost effectives, unless requested otherwise. We ship 99% of all orders within 48hrs of order confirmation. Thus allow us to deliver your order your within 3 to 10 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order in this time frame, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing place your order.

International (other than Canada) - We now offer internationally shipping via UPS or US Postal Service. We will contact you with a quote for the additional shipping fees. We also high recommend paying for your order and the addition shipping fees with PayPal. MX Bike.com PayPal account is mark@mxbike.com. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties fees related to importation for product to your country (We are unable to quote what these fees will be).

Returns:
All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). You may obtain RA # by sending us an e-mail at info@mxbike.com. All items must be unused and in original factory packaging.

Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip (if available) and write the reason for each returned item. Return Shipping/Freight must be per paid. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.

On each item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a 20% restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; only a reshipment fee of $5.00 applies. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and in unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 35% restocking fee. United Parcel Service (UPS) is generally the least expensive shipping method, plus we highly recommend insuring package. MX Bike.com will not be reasonable for lost or damaged return packages.

Damages:
If an item arrives damaged, contact MX Bike.com immediately. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. MX Bike.com will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return the item until instructed to do so.
